We offer 90 day limited warranty on our refurbished hot tubs. After 90 days, we will fix any issues that arise at a rate and part reduction of 50% for one year. Free local delivery in and around the Okanagan & Shuswap area. Minimal travel fee for areas outside of the radius.

We’re not your typical hot tub store.  We don’t have a limited/regular/predictable/steady supply of the same things all year round.

We post this information to help people understand what may be available, but please don’t rely on this chapter as being an accurate updated representation of all we have to offer, because there’s so much more than this, and things can change quickly without notice.

It’s best to come by in person to discuss your situation and explore some options that best match what you’re looking for.  It’s well worth the trip.

It is difficult to constantly update our inventory page, and hot tubs often sell before we even have a chance to make a spec sheet for them.

Although some of our stock is immediately available, most of the options will require some wait time. During this stage, we don’t give regular updates on the progress, as usually there’s nothing to report until the hot tub is ready. As is the case with most other industries, every so often things end up taking longer than expected, so please be patient.

Delivery (Value $750.00) – This is not just a “driveway delivery.” We have invested thousands of dollars on professional spa moving equipment. We can spa-dolly the tub into the desired location! (Pictures will be requested first to make sure it is safe to proceed and no crane will be needed)

At MCL we have quality refurbished hot tubs in stock. These hot tubs come to us as trade-ins, moving sales and people who have outgrown the use of their tub. Each tub is inspected, cleaned and restored to full working order. We have a unique system dialed in for the testing and refurbishing process for each tub. This includes a minimum 120 point inspection, and a minimum two week full function & leak detection test before the tub is shipped.

The best way to know if a tub is right for you, is to visit our showroom. 

It’s unusual for anything to go wrong within a few years once we’ve inspected/tested/serviced/delivered a hot tub. If a used hot is running properly after the first few days of use, it’s almost certainly “good to go” for a long time.  

As is the case with all manufactured products, there’s always a chance that something doesn’t work properly “right out of the box”, and that’s what our guarantee is for.

99% of the time, a problem will have developed due to the tub having been moved and resuscitated, and 99% of the time the problem will be evident within the first 24 hours of start-up.

We give our clients 90 days to report what’s wrong, and we make it right for free.
